Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zum Gebrauchsfertigmachen einer Pasta zur Herstellung von Gebissabdrücken, welche im erwärmten Zustande plastisch ist und in kaltem Zustande erstarrt. Die Vorrichtung besitzt einen Zylinder zur Aufnahme einer aus gepresster Pasta bestehenden Patrone. Im Zylinder sind zwei konaxial zueinander bewegbare Kolben angeordnet, von welchen der eine durchlöchert ist, um ihn als Knetkolben verwenden zu können, während der andere keine Löcher besitzt, um ihn als Ausstosskolben benutzen zu können. Dabei kann der durchlöcherte Kolben an einer im Zylinder axial verschiebbaren Kolbenstange sitzen, um welche Kolbenstange eine zweite röhrenförmige Kolbenstange des undurchlöcherten Kolbens axial verschiebbar liegt. Die beiden Kolbenstangen können an ihren freien Enden Ringe für die Finger tragen.

1 ist ein Zylinder, zweckmässig aus Metall, mit abschraubbarem Boden 2, um eine Pastapatrone 3 von unten in den Zylinder einschieben zu können. 4 ist ein Kolben an einer Kolbenstange 5, welche oben zwei Ringe 6 hat, zum leichten Auf-und Abbewegen des Kolbens. Dieser hat Durchbohrungen 7, durch welche die Masse der Pastapatrone mehrfach getrieben, und so die Pasta geknetet wird, zweckmässig bei Erhitzung des Zylinders von aussen, z. B. durch ein Warmwasserbad. Hiedurch wird die Pasta geschmeidig. Über dem Kolben 4 befindet sich ein zweiter Kolben 8 ohne Löcher, mit einer rohrförmigen Kolbenstange 9, die lose um die Kolbenstange 5 liegt, und oben gleichfalls Ringe 10 hat.
Ist durch mehrfaches Auf-und Abbewegen des Kolbens 4 die Masse geschmeidig gemacht, so wird sie nach Abschrauben des Bodens 2 durch den Kolben 8 aus dem Zylinder herausgedrückt.

Vorrichtung zum Gebrauchsfertigmaehen einer Pasta zur Herstellung von Gebissabdrücken, gekennzeichnet durch einen Zylinder zur Aufnahme einer Pastapatrone und durch zwei konaxial zueinander bewegbare Kolben im Zylinder, von welchen einer durchlöchert ist, um als Knetkolben verwendet zu werden, während der zweite voll ist, um als Ausstosskolben benutzt zu werden.
