  Vorrichtung zur Erhöhung der Betriebssicherheit von Armaturen für Hochdruck- dampfanlagen. 



   Bei Dampfanlagen, die mit hohen Temperaturen arbeiten, ist die betriebssichere Anordnung der Armaturen, insbesondere der   Kontroll- und Messvorrichtungen,   von grosser Wichtigkeit. Dies gilt namentlich für Hochdruckwasserdampfanlagen, bei denen Temperaturen von mehreren   100  und   gleichzeitig hohe Pressungen wirksam sind. So bereitet beispielsweise bei einem Sicherheitsventil, das in Verbindung mit dem Dampfraum eines Kessels anzubringen ist, die dauernde Dichthaltung des Ventilsitzes ausserordentliche Schwierigkeiten oder bei den zur Druckmessung angeschlossenen Manometern leidet die Feder im Laufe der Zeit stark unter hohen Temperaturen, was schliesslich zu Falschangaben des Manometers führt. Durch die im folgenden beschriebene Vorrichtung sollen diese Schwierigkeiten und Mängel in einfacher Weise verhütet werden.

   Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein Anwendungsbeispiel. 



   Es ist daselbst ein Dampfkessel D mit   Flüssigkeits-und Dampfraum   angedeutet. An den Dampfraum soll ein Absperrorgan, z. B. ein Hahn A od. dgl., angeschlossen werden. Dieses Absperrorgan wird nun nicht unmittelbar an dem heissen Kesselteil befestigt, sondern unter Zwischenschaltung eines Rohrstückes R, welches mit einer Kühlvorrichtung K versehen ist, u. zw. einem Kühlmantel, durch den ein Kühlmittel bei a zu-und bei b abgeführt wird. Hiedurch wird sich im unteren Teile der Rohrleitung kondensierter Dampf niederschlagen, und es ist auf diese Weise erreichbar, dass der Flüssigkeitsraum F, an den das Absperrorgan od. dgl. angeschlossen wird, ganz kalt ist. 



   Die angestrebte Wirkung wird am vollkommensten erreicht, wenn man das Rohrstück vom heissen   App1l'ateteilmöglichst   unmittelbar senkrecht nach unten führt. Hiedurch wird die Scheidung des Dampfes und der durch die Kondensation des Dampfes gebildeten Flüssigkeit durch den Unterschied der spezifischen Gewichte wirksamer und sicherer erreicht. 



   In gleicher Weise können auch Sicherheitsventile, Messgeräte aller Art, Wellen-und Kolbenstangenstopfbüchsen usw. geschützt werden.

   In the case of steam systems that work at high temperatures, the safe and reliable arrangement of the fittings, especially the control and measuring devices, is of great importance. This applies in particular to high-pressure steam systems in which temperatures of several hundred and simultaneously high pressures are effective. For example, in the case of a safety valve that has to be installed in connection with the steam chamber of a boiler, the permanent tightness of the valve seat causes extraordinary difficulties, or in the case of the pressure gauges connected to the pressure measurement, the spring suffers from high temperatures over time, which ultimately leads to incorrect information on the pressure gauge leads. The device described below is intended to prevent these difficulties and deficiencies in a simple manner.

   The drawing illustrates an application example.



   A steam boiler D with a liquid and vapor space is indicated there. A shut-off device, z. B. a tap A or the like. Be connected. PATENT-ANSPRUCH : Vorrichtung zur Erhöhung der Betriebssicherheit von Armaturen für Hoehdruckdampfanlagen, bei der die gegen Hitze empfindlichen Teile gegen einen Flüssigkeitsraum von niedrigerer Temperatur, gebildet aus kondensiertem Dampf, wirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gegen Hitze empfindlichen Teile der Armaturen unter Vermittlung von im wesentlichen von oben nach unten geführten Rohrstücken an einen Hochdruokdampfraum angeschlossen sind, die oberhalb der gegen Hitze empfindlichen Teile an beliebiger Stelle mit einer die zwangläufige Zu-und Abführung eines Kühlmittels gestattenden Kühlvorrichtung versehen sind.
