Abstract
Ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Prüfanordnung, vorzugsweise eines Prüfstandes für Fahrzeuge oder deren Teilsysteme, insbesondere Verbrennungsmaschinen, Elektromaschinen, Batterien, Antriebsstrangsysteme oder Teilsystemen davon, sieht die Beaufschlagung eines Prüflings über eine ankoppelbare Antriebs- und/oder Belastungsmaschine vor, wobei über eine Simulationsplattform der Gesamtanordnung von Prüfstand und Prüfling gemäß einem ersten Simulationsmodell der Gesamtanordnung eine Abfolge von Betriebspunktvektoren vorgegeben wird.Um im Rahmen des manöver- und ereignisbasierten Testens eine Zeitersparnis bei Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Abschluss der Prüfläufe eine höhere Effizienz und verbesserte Ausnutzung der Prüfstandszeit zu erzielen, kann auf Anforderung zumindest ein zweites Simulationsmodell, nämlich ein Simulationsmodell für den Prüfling oder die Gesamtanordnung innerhalb der Simulationsplattform abgerufen werden, welches zweite Simulationsmodell an das erste Simulationsmodell angedockt wird, wobei der Prüfstand zu jedem Zeitpunkt aktiv bleibt und durchgängig weiterhin mit plausiblen und konsistenten Signalen durch die Simulationsplattform versorgt wird.A method for operating a test arrangement, preferably a test bench for vehicles or their subsystems, in particular internal combustion engines, electric machines, batteries, drive train systems or subsystems thereof, provides for the application of a test specimen via a coupling drive and / or loading machine, wherein a simulation platform of the overall arrangement According to a first simulation model of the overall arrangement, a sequence of operating point vectors is prescribed by the test stand and test object.
