Abstract
Ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Prüfanordnung, vorzugsweise eines Prüfstandes für Fahrzeuge oder deren Teilsysteme, insbesondere Verbrennungsmaschinen, Elektromaschinen, Batterien, Antriebsstrangsysteme oder Teilsystemen davon, mit zumindest einem mit dem Prüfling gekoppelten Aktor, sieht vor über zumindest ein Simulationssystem zeitvariante Betriebspunktvektoren für die Gesamtanordnung von Prüfstand und Prüfling gemäß einem Simulationsmodell vorzugeben.Um eine optimale Nutzung des gesamten Parameterraumes zu ermöglichen, dabei aber die Sicherheit und Unversehrtheit von Prüfling und Prüfstand zu gewährleisten, werden die aktuelle Konfiguration der Gesamtanordnung durch das Simlations- oder Automatisierungssystem automatisiert und/oder online überprüft und ebenso die Realisierbarkeit oder Erwünschtheit der Betriebspunktvektoren mit dieser Konfiguration der Gesamtanordnung überprüft, und werden bei Feststellung von nicht realisierbaren und/oder unerwünschten Betriebspunktvektoren sowohl das Simulationsmodell als auch die Gesamtanordnung verändert und die nicht realisierbaren Betriebspunktvektoren in den realisierbaren und/oder gewünschten Bereich verschoben.A method for operating a test arrangement, preferably a test stand for vehicles or their subsystems, in particular internal combustion engines, electric machines, batteries, drive train systems or subsystems thereof, with at least one actuator coupled to the test object, provides at least one simulation system time-variant operating point vectors for the overall arrangement of test bench In order to enable optimal use of the entire parameter space while ensuring the safety and integrity of the test object and the test stand, the current configuration of the overall system is automated and / or checked online by the simulation or automation system, as well the viability or desirability of the operating point vectors is checked with this configuration of the overall arrangement, and are determined upon detection of unrealizable and / or unwanted operation point vectors both the simulation model and the overall arrangement changed and moved the unrealizable operating point vectors in the realizable and / or desired area.
