Kopfstiitze für Operationstische od. dgl.
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung bezieht sich auf Kopfstützen für Operationstische od. dgl. jener bekannten Art, bei welcher der vorzugsweise napfartige Kopfhalter an einer verstellbaren, bogenförmigen
Stütze befestigt ist.
Das Wesen der Erfindung liegt in der besonderen Krümmung dieser bogenförmigen Stütze, wodurch bezweckt wild, jedwede Relativbewegung des Kopfes des Patienten gegenüber der Kopfstütze zu ver- meiden. Dieser Zweck wird dadurch erreicht, dass die bogenförmige Stütze nach einem Kreisbogen gekrümmt ist, dessen Mittelpunkt etwa mit dem in der Wirbelsäule liegenden Schwingungsmittelpunkt des Kopfes der auf dem Operationstisch liegenden Person zusammenfällt.
Die bogenförmig gekrümmte Stütze ist vorzugsweise als Zahnstange ausgebildet, welche in einer am Operationstisch anzubringenden Führung gleitet und in verschiedener Ausschublänge feststellbar ist.
Ausserdem kann die Fühlung mit der Bogenschiene um eine lotrechte oder nahezu lotrechte Achse ver- drehbar sein.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes zur Dar- stellung gebracht und zeigt Fig. 1 die am Operationstisch angebrachte Kopfstütze in Aufriss, teilweise in Schnitt, Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach A-B der Fig. 1.
An der Tischplatte 1 des Operationstisches ist eine Zwinge 2 durch die Schraube 3 befestigt. An der Zwinge 2 ist um den Bolzen 4 ein Träger 5 verschwenkbar gelagert, in dessen Führung die bogen- förmig gestaltete Zahnstange 6 gleitet, an deren oberem Ende der napfförmig ausgebildete Kopfhalter 7 befestigt ist. Die Zahnstange 6 greift in ein Zahnrad 8, das in dem Träger 5 drehbar gelagert ist und eine
Scheibe 9 trägt, welche mit halbkugelfölmigen Austiefungen 10 in der Seitenwand versehen ist.
In diese Austiefungen 10 greift ein Bolzen 11, welcher durch die Feder 12 belastet im Träger 5 axial verschiebbar gelagert ist, so dass bei Drehung des Handrades 13 der Bolzen 11 in die Ausnehmungen 10 der mit dem
Handrad 13 gleichzeitig verdrehten Scheibe 9 der Reihe nach einspringt und die jeweils gegebene Stellung sperrt. Durch die hiebei erfolgende Drehung des Zahnrades 8 wird die bogenförmige Zahnstange 6 in der Führung des Trägers 5 auf und ab bewegt und in passender Höhenlage des Kopfhalters 7 durch den
Bolzen 11 gesperrt.
Hiebei beschreibt der Kopfhalter 7 eine kreisbogenförmige Bewegung um den Krüm- mungsmittelpunkt der bogenförmigen Zahnstange 6, welcher bei entsprechender Wahl der Krümmung in solcher Höhe oberhalb der Tischfläche 1 liegt, dass das Verschwingen des Kopfes des auf dem Operations- tisch liegenden Patienten um den gleichen oder nahezu um den gleichen Drehpunkt erfolgt. Hiedurch ist eine Relativbewegung zwischen Hinterhaupt und Kopfhalter vermieden oder auf ein äusserst geringes
Ausmass herabgesetzt, welches praktisch nicht nachteilig ist. Gleichzeitig kann eine seitliche Ver- schwenkung bzw. Einstellung des Kopfes des Patienten durch Verschwenken des Trägers 5 um den
Bolzen 4 vorgenommen werden.
