Reklamebuchstabe od. dgl.
Die Erfindung betrifft Reklamebuchstaben od. dgl., die an einer Unterlage mittels Doppelsaugern mit Rücken an Rücken angeordneten Saugnäpfen angebracht werden, von denen einer am Buchstaben angesetzt wird, worauf der Buchstabe mittels des andern Saugnapfs an der Unterlage angebracht wird.
Damit sich der Sauger beim Entfernen der Buchstaben von der Unterlage von dieser loslöst und nicht vom Buchstaben, hat der Erfindung gemäss, der an dem Buchstaben angesetzte Saugnapf grösseren Durchmesser als der andere.
In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, u. zw. zeigt Fig. 1 einen solchen Doppelsauger in Ansicht, Fig. 2 den Buchstaben D von der Rückseite mit Doppelsaugern in schaubildlicher Darstellung und Fig. 3 in gleicher Darstellung die Vorderseite dieses Buchstabens mit angesetzten Doppelsaugern zum Anbringen des Buchstaben an der Rückseite einer Glastafel od. dgl.
Wie in Fig. 1 ersichtlich, werden Doppelsauger mit Rücken an Rücken angeordneten Saugnäpfen von verschiedenen Durchmessern verwendet, von denen der grössere Saugnapf a an dem Buchstaben selbst befestigt wird und der andere dazu dient, den Buchstaben in der gewünschten Lage zu halten.
Solche Sauger sind leicht und einfach herzustellen und werden mit geringer Mühe an den Buchstaben angebracht. Sie halten fest, beeinträchtigen den Gesamteindruck der Buchstaben in keiner Weise und können an denselben in jede beliebige Lage eingestellt werden. Das Ende des Saugnapfs a, der unmittelbar an dem Buchstaben angebracht ist, hat einen grösseren Durchmesser als der Saugnapf an seiner Rückseite, so da ss der Sauger fester an dem Buchstaben als an der Fläche haftet, an der der Buchstabe angebracht ist, und sich beim Wegziehen des Buchstabens von der Unterlage von dieser und nicht vom Buchstaben loslöst. Dieser Doppelsauger ist vorzugsweise aus einem Stück Gummi oder sonst geeignetem Stoff hergestellt.
Wie in Fig. 2 ersichtlich, können diese Doppelsauger an der Rückseite des Buchstaben angebracht werden, so dass dieser an einer geeigneten Unterlage oder an der Vorderseite eines Schaufensters angeordnet werden kann. Die Sauger bilden Füsse, die bewirken, dass die Buchstaben von der Unterlage abstehen.
Die Sauger werden durch die Buchstaben verdeckt und beeinträchtigen daher deren Gesamteindruck nicht.
In Fig. 3 sind die Doppelsauger an der Vorderseite des Buchstaben angebracht, der an der Rückseite einer Fensterscheibe oder andern Glasplatte befestigt werden kann. In diesem Falle sind die Sauger so geformt und in solchen Abständen voneinander angeordnet, dass sie die Zierwirkung des Buchstaben erhöhen. In Fig. 3 ist als Ausführungsbeispiel eine grosse Zahl von Doppelsaugern in gleichen Abständen voneinander angeordnet ; sie können farbig sein, um mit den Buchstaben zu kontrastieren oder übereinzustimmen.
Die Flächen der Buchstaben können gefärbt oder beliebig verziert sein ; sind sie aus Gummi oder ähnlichem weichem Stoffe, so können sie zur Stützung oder Verstärkung mit Metall oder andern harten Stoffen eingefasst sein.

The invention relates to advertising letters or the like, which are attached to a pad by means of double suction cups with suction cups arranged back to back, one of which is attached to the letter, whereupon the letter is attached to the pad by means of the other suction cup.
According to the invention, the suction cup attached to the letter has a larger diameter than the other so that the suction cup detaches itself from the base when the letters are removed from the base and not from the letter.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, u. Zw. Fig. 1 shows such a double suction cup in view, Fig. 2 the letter D from the back with double suction cups in a diagrammatic representation and Fig. 3 in the same representation the front of this letter with attached double suction cups for attaching the letter to the back of a glass panel od .like
As can be seen in Fig. 1, double suction cups with back-to-back suction cups of various diameters are used, the larger suction cup a being attached to the letter itself and the other serving to hold the letter in the desired position.
Such suckers are light and simple to manufacture and are attached to the letters with little effort. They hold tight, do not affect the overall impression of the letters in any way and can be set in any position on the same. The end of the suction cup a, which is attached directly to the letter, has a larger diameter than the suction cup on its rear side, so that the sucker adheres more firmly to the letter than to the surface to which the letter is attached, and to the Pulling the letter away from the surface of the base and not detaching it from the letter. This double suction cup is preferably made from a piece of rubber or some other suitable material.
As can be seen in FIG. 2, these double suckers can be attached to the back of the letter so that it can be arranged on a suitable base or on the front of a shop window. The suction cups form feet that cause the letters to stick out from the surface.
The suckers are covered by the letters and therefore do not affect their overall impression.
In Fig. 3 the double suction cups are attached to the front of the letter, which can be attached to the back of a window pane or other glass plate. In this case, the suckers are shaped and arranged at such a distance from one another that they increase the decorative effect of the letter. In FIG. 3, as an exemplary embodiment, a large number of double suction cups are arranged at equal distances from one another; they can be colored to contrast or match the letters.
The surfaces of the letters can be colored or decorated as desired; if they are made of rubber or similar soft materials, they can be bordered with metal or other hard materials for support or reinforcement.
