Description

   <Desc/Clms Page number 1>

 EMI1.2
 und Tieren.

Process for measuring and improving feed and food, as well as raw, intermediate and waste products of an organic nature.

The usability of many products and the nutrients they contain for humans and animals stands in the way of the attack of the digestive juices more or less defying cell envelope, which includes valuable components. It is therefore necessary to break down the cells of the food and feed or to convert the non-digestible substances.

According to the present invention, the indigestible constituents of feed and food are broken down or converted in such a way that microorganisms are supplied in extremely large quantities as in patent no by bringing about optimal temperatures between
 EMI1.1
The substances obtained in this way, as well as the enzymes produced, thus both bodies together bring about the breakdown and conversion.

So all raw and waste products, the cereals. z. B. corn, barley and. Like., residues from the flour, peeling and oil industries, further waste products of animal origin, such as carcass slaughterhouse waste and the like. a. are processed.

The procedure will. as far as the production of the microorganism emulsion and the thirst impregnation of the starting material with the same are concerned, in the same way and with the same microorganisms as carried out according to patent no. 103891. In order to bring about a stronger effect of the enzymes, as well as a stronger formation of the same, it is necessary to induce the microorganisms to vigorously release the enzymes in suitable apparatus by supplying heat up to 500, which bring about the breakdown and conversion of the starting products. This process is completed in 6-8 hours if the material is frequently stirred. depending on the nature of the starting materials.

The end products manufactured according to this process are directly consumed or dried in suitable equipment and are extremely durable, as well as very rich in enzymes,
 EMI1.2
 and animals.
