Elastische Tubus- und Schlittenführung für Mikroskope.
EMI1.1
EMI1.3

EMI1.4

Elastic tube and slide guide for microscopes.
EMI1.1
they are mostly driven on one side by tooth and drive or by the mechanism of fine movement, a lot of work. which consists in the so-called "grinding in" of the guide elements. According to the invention, this workload can be reduced considerably for mechanical guides of all kinds, e.g. dovetail guides, slide guides with ball bearings and the like, by means of a resilient design of the guide.
In the case of mechanical guides operated by tooth and drive (tube guide, dovetail guide), two pairs of sliding surfaces are generally necessary for proper guidance of the moving parts. which lie on opposite sides of the fixed part of the guide block. Continuously problem-free functioning is tied to the condition that the pressure exerted on the sliding surfaces of the guide block by that of the guided element remains constant.
This condition can be satisfied by the fact that the guided parts are not rigid with one another as before
EMI1.2
can fall, and in the case of slide guides with ball rollers or roller bearings, there is no need to adjust # the bearings, which results in considerable labor savings.
EMI1.3
constantly share against corresponding sliding surfaces of the guide block b. so that the pressure on the sliding surfaces remains constant under all circumstances.
EMI1.4
pushes a protruding through the ball holder z approach a.
The pressure of the spring e does not act perpendicular to the sliding surface, but the spring is mounted and its tension is dimensioned so that the upward
EMI1.5
also ensures constant contact with the spindle of the micrometer screw.
