  Vorrichtung zur Kühlung der Zähne von Getrieberädern, die mit hoher Geschwindig- keit umlaufen. 



   Es ist bekannt, dass Zahnräder nur bis zu einer bestimmten   höchstzulässigen     Umfangsgeschwindig-   keit verwendet werden können, wenn nicht besondere Vorkehrungen getroffen werden, welche eine kräftige Kühlung der Zahnflanken bewirken. Die vorliegende Erfindung benutzt als Kühlmittel Luft, die gegen die Zahnflanken geblasen wird. Der dabei erforderliche Druckunterschied wird durch Schaufeln oder   ähnlich   wirkende Einrichtungen erzeugt, die auf einem oder auf beiden zu einem Paar gehörigen Getrieberädern sitzen. 



   Die Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen ein solches, beispielsweise als Kegelradgetriebe ausgeführtes Getriebe in Auf-und Seitenriss. Es besteht aus den beiden Kegelrädern a und b. Im gezeichneten Falle ist das kleine Rad a mit den Schaufeln c ausgerüstet, die in den Raum   d   Luft pumpen, so dass in diesem ein höherer Druck als der der Aussenluft herrscht. Die zusammengepresste Luft entweicht daher durch die im Radkörper zwischen den Zähnen vorgesehenen Löcher e, wobei sie an den Zahnflanken entlang streicht und diese kräftig kühlt.

   It is known that gears can only be used up to a certain maximum permissible circumferential speed if special precautions are not taken which cause powerful cooling of the tooth flanks. The present invention uses air as the coolant that is blown against the tooth flanks. The pressure difference required here is generated by blades or similarly acting devices that sit on one or both of the gear wheels belonging to a pair.



   FIGS. 1 and 2 show such a gear, for example designed as a bevel gear, in front and side elevation. It consists of the two bevel gears a and b. In the case shown, the small wheel a is equipped with the blades c, which pump air into the space d, so that there is a higher pressure in it than that of the outside air. The compressed air therefore escapes through the holes e provided in the wheel body between the teeth, brushing along the tooth flanks and cooling them vigorously.
