Molding device for the production of reinforced concrete beams.
The invention relates to a mold device for the production of reinforced concrete beams, preferably I-shaped cross-sections, with two mold walls which are articulated to one another for the purpose of opening and closing the mold. According to the invention, the articulated connection is established by a lever parallelogram, with only the one mold wall adjacent to the drying frame being movable, the other being arranged in a stationary manner. Using the lever parallelogram, the mold walls can be adjusted quickly and easily when the mold is closed. The subject matter of the invention is also a device for pressing the mold walls against the divided mold base, the parts of which, in a novel way, hold in position a molding which determines the web height of the molding.
Finally, the invention includes the fixed connection of the second molding opposite the mold bottom and the tamper to the filling frame.
The drawing illustrates an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. The two U-irons. 1, 2 of the mold are held above the drying frame 3 indicated by dash-dotted lines in FIG. The bottom parts 4, 5 and 6 rest on it, the side parts 4 and 6 of which engage in the folds of the middle part 5 and are provided with grooves 4a and 6a, through which the two support flanges receive one-sided projections that engage in the web interior of an abutted support like a wedge .
The composition of the mold base from several parts counteracts the change in shape due to swelling and enables the use of the same side parts for different carrier web heights. According to FIG. 3, the supports 1 and 2 are pressed against the base parts 4 and 6 by means of clamping devices, each of which consists of a lower rail 7 on which double straps 8 and 9 are adjustably attached. In these double straps 9 and 9, pressing jaws 1 and 11 and an eccentric 12 actuating them are pivotably mounted.
The pressing jaw 11 is attached to the lower flange of the carrier 2 by means of the clamping disks là, lib, so that the clamping rail 7 with the pressing jaw 10 around the bolt &? can fold down when the eccentric lever 12 is folded up for this purpose. At the end of the molding box 13 parallel levers 14 and 15 are arranged on an angle rigidly connected to the carrier 2, which on the one hand carry the carrier 1 by means of the rod 16 and on the other hand are provided with a counterweight 17 or a handle 14a. If the finished molding J is to be pushed onto the drying stand 3. so the eccentric clamping devices are released by pivoting the lever 12 up, whereupon the rails 7 swing down about the pins à.
Then, by pressing down the lever 14a, the carrier 1 is pulled off the molding A, which now with its bottom strips 4, 5, 6 'on the drying frame. 3 can be pushed.
The carrier 1 is held in the raised position by the diagonal bar 18.
The web contour of the molding side opposite the mold bottom 4, 5, 6 is formed by a molding 20 that is firmly attached to a filling frame? 6 sits. This filling frame is set with respect to the interior of the molding device by means of adjustable stop brackets 22 carried by the frame strips 21b and thus also secures the position of the molding device.
