Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung von Mustern mit erhabenen und tiefen Steilen an den Decken von Gummireifen während der Deckenregenerierung.
Nach der Erfindung ist am Boden des kreissegmentförmigen Innenraumes eines gewöhnlichen Kessels zur Deckenregenerierung nach dem österr. Patent Nr. 101384 eine Platte angeordnet, deren Wölbung sich der Wölbung des Innenraumes anschmiegt und in deren Innenfläche eine längs der Mittellinie verlaufende Vertiefung oder Nut vorgesehen ist. In dieser Nut ist ein biegsames Band untergebracht, welches den ganzen Umfang der zu regenerierenden Decke umschliesst und auf seiner der Decke zugekehrten Seite eine Reihe kleiner vorspringender Klötze trägt, die dazu geeignet sind, die Tiefstellen des an der Decke in Relief anzubringenden Musters zu erzeugen.
Das eine Bandende besteht aus miteinander gelenkig verbundenen, leicht ein-und auszubauenden Gliedern, um die Anpassung der Bandlänge an die unter , ich verschiedenen Längen der zu regenerierenden Decken zu gestatten.
Die Erfindung ist an einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform in der Zeichnung veranschaulicht.
Fig. 1 zeigt im Querschnitt einen Regenerierkessel mit dem Erfindungsgegenstand. Die Fig. 2 und 3 stellen Einzelheiten dar.
Am Boden des Innenraumes des Kessels 1 ist eine gebogene Platte 2 angeordnet, in deren der Decke zugekehrten Fläche eine zu der Längsmittellinie symmetrische Längsnut 3 vorgesehen ist.
In der Längsnut ist ein biegsames, am Deckenumfang. 5 befestigtes Band 4 untergebracht. An einer, an den Deckenumfang sich anschmiegenden Fläche ist das Band 4 mit kleinen vorspringenden Klötzen 6 versehen, welche dazu dienen, während der Regenerierung der Decke die Tiefstellen des an der Decke anzubringenden Reliefmusters zu erzeugen.
Die Gestalt der Klötze 6 kann von der in der Zeichnung dargestellten abweichen.
Das eine Ende des Bandes 4 (Fig. 3) setzt sich zusammen aus miteinander gelenkig verbundenen Gliedern 4a, welche den Zweck haben, die Bandlänge der Umfangslänge der jeweilig zu regenerierenden Decke anzupassen. Bei Decken kleineren Durchmessers entfernt man einige Glieder und verbindet die Bandenden in beliebiger zweckmässiger Weise miteinander.
Bei Decken grösseren Durchmessers dagegen baut man die erforderliche Anzahl von Gliedern wieder ein, damit das Band den Deckenumfang vollständig umschliesst.

The subject of the invention is a device for generating patterns with raised and deep slopes on the surfaces of rubber tires during the surface regeneration.
According to the invention, a plate is arranged at the bottom of the circular segment-shaped interior of a conventional boiler for ceiling regeneration according to Austrian Patent No. 101384, the curvature of which conforms to the curvature of the interior and in the inner surface of which there is a recess or groove running along the center line. A flexible band is housed in this groove, which encloses the entire circumference of the ceiling to be regenerated and on its side facing the ceiling carries a number of small protruding blocks that are suitable for creating the depressions of the pattern to be attached to the ceiling in relief.
One end of the belt consists of hinged links that are easy to install and dismantle in order to allow the length of the belt to be adapted to the different lengths of the ceiling to be regenerated.
The invention is illustrated in an exemplary embodiment in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows in cross section a regeneration boiler with the subject of the invention. Figures 2 and 3 illustrate details.
On the floor of the interior of the boiler 1, a curved plate 2 is arranged, in whose surface facing the ceiling a longitudinal groove 3 symmetrical to the longitudinal center line is provided.
In the longitudinal groove is a flexible one on the ceiling circumference. 5 attached band 4 housed. In the case of ceilings with a smaller diameter, a few links are removed and the ends of the tape are connected to one another in any convenient way.
In the case of ceilings with a larger diameter, on the other hand, the required number of links is reinstalled so that the tape completely encloses the ceiling circumference.
