Circuit arrangement for telephone systems with preselectors.
In telephone systems with dialer operation, it is known that two preselectors assigned to one line simultaneously occupy connecting lines to downstream number current surge receivers, and that one of the two occupied number current surge receivers is released by a switching process initiated by the calling station. This arrangement has the disadvantage that connection devices which are common to a group of lines are unnecessarily withdrawn from general traffic for a certain time.
The invention aims to enable the connection of a line via preselector with a free line of a certain traffic direction without unnecessary occupation of downstream connection devices, which is achieved in systems in which the incoming line is assigned two preselectors, each of which can only access of a group of lines in a certain direction has, through a switching process brought about by the calling station when the incoming line is occupied, the switch-on elements of the preselector are influenced in such a way that only the preselector corresponding to the switching process that has taken effect is stimulated to set a free line.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. Two preselectors VW1 and V are assigned to the connection line L. The preselector VWI has access to a group of connecting lines VL1 which originate in a specific traffic direction. Connecting lines VL2 which originate in a different traffic direction than the connecting lines VL1 can be reached via the preselector VW2.
If the calling station wants to establish a connection via one of the connecting lines VL2,

Selector Viz is assigned to speak. However, only the rotary magnet Dz of the preselector VW2 can be switched on, because the relay R2 has opened its contact 8 r 2, so that, despite the closure of the contact 9 r 1, the circuit for the drive magnet D of the preselector VW1 is prevented from closing.
By closing the contact 10 r 2, the rotary magnet Ds is switched on: earth, lower

The line L is thus blocked against occupancy at the connection devices (not shown) provided for incoming connections. If the test arm 13 reaches a free connection line VL2, the test relay Ts is excited in the following way: earth, battery, contact 16 r 2,

As a result, since the contact 10r 2 is not closed, the rotary magnet D2 in front of the preselector VW2 cannot be switched on and the rotary magnet Di of the preselector VW1 is excited in the following way as a result of the closure of contact ## 1: earth, breaker 29 , Magnet D1, contacts 8 r 2.30 t 1, 9 r 1, battery. Connection device in that the battery potential connected via the head contact 45 k, the relay Ta, the holding arm 73 and the contact 14 is disconnected from the wire 15.
After the connection is closed, the contact 35 is opened in any arbitrary manner, thereby interrupting the holding circuit via the winding 11 of the relay T1, which drops out and closes the circuit for the drive magnet D1 at the contact 30 t 1. This circuit runs through the head contact. 43 k, which is opened when the preselector VW1 is set in the rest position.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, one preselector is stimulated by applying earth via a button. The arrangement can, however, also be made in such a way that the preselectors are activated by temporarily connecting earth to one or the other line. For this purpose, a switch is provided at the subscriber station which, depending on its actuation, has a temporary to be closed by the hook switch when it goes up after lifting the receiver
