Sicherheitsschloss mit Fallen-und Riegelsperre und einer Anzeigevorrichtung.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Fallen- und Riegelschloss mit Anzeigevorrichtung, welches bezweckt, auf einfachste Weise gegenüber'den bereits auf diesem Gebiete bestehenden Schlössern den gleichen Zweck zu erreichen, nämlich die Falle und den Riegel in der Schliesslage zu sperren und gleichzeitig aussen an der Türe anzuzeigen, ob das Schloss abgesperrt oder offen ist.
Wie oben erwähnt, gibt es auf diesem Gebiete eine Reihe von Schlössern mit und ohne SignalVorrichtung, welche jedoch alle eine komplizierte Einrichtung aufweisen. Die Herstellung dieser Schlösser kann nur mit sehr grossen Kosten erfolgen, wobei Reparaturen nur sehr schwierig und nur durch geschulte Fachleute ausgeführt werden können.

Fallen-und Riegelabsperrung wie auch die Einstellung der den Zustand des Offen-oder Geschlossenseins der Türe bzw. des Schlosses anzeigenden Signalvorrichtung bei Aufwärtsdrehung des inneren Türdrückers mittels der durch einen mit dem Innendrücker fest verbundenen Exzenter betätigten und mit entsprechenden Fortsätzen versehenen Sperrklinke unmittelbar durchgeführt wird.
Es entfallen alle die Konstruktion der Sc1llosseinrichtung komplizierenden Zwischenstücke. Es kann wegen der Einfachheit eine eventuelle Schlossreparatur auch vom Nichtfachmann leicht ausgeführt werden.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform eines Fallen-und Riegelschlosses mit Anzeigevorrichtung in Fig. 1 im geöffneten, in Fig. 2 im gesperrten Zustande dargestellt.
Die Sperrvorrichtung besteht im wesentlichen aus dem mit dem inneren Türdrücker 1 in bekannter Weise fest verbundenen Exzenter 2, der auf dem runden Achsfortsatz 3 des äusseren Türdrückers drehbar gelagert ist, und der Sperrklinke 4. Die letztere ist auf einer Achse 6 drehbar gelagert, welche gleichzeitig als Führung für die Schlossfalle 7 und dem Innendrückerhebel 8 als Widerlager dient. Die Sperrklinke 4 hat eine Sperrnase 5 und einen im entsprechenden Winkel angesetzten Fortsatz 13 : Sie verharrt in ihrer Ruhelage entweder infolge ihres Eigengewichtes oder infolge der Wirkung der Feder 12.
Wird der Innen drücker J um 90 nach aufwärts bewegt, so drückt der Exzenter 2 auch die Sperrklinke 4 nach aufwärts, und diese vollführt gleichzeitig folgende drei Arbeiten : Es legt sich einmal die Sperrnase 5 der Sperrklinke 4 derart vor die Schlossfalle 7, dass diese nunmehr durch den Drückerhebel 8, welcher vom äusseren Türdrücker betätigt wird, nicht mehr bewegt werden kann. Weiters kommt der Fortsatz 13 der Sperrklinke 4 auf die Zuhaltung 14 zu liegen, welcher dadurch jede Möglichkeit der freien Bewegung nach oben genommen wird, d. h. der Riegel ist in seiner Lage festgelegt. Drittens aber bewirkt die durch die Verdrehung des Drückers 1 nach oben betätigte Sperrklinke 4 noch, dass auch die Anzeigevorrichtung, welche bisher z.
B. das Schild Offen"nach aussen zeigte, in Wirksamkeit tritt, indem die Sperrnase 5 der angehobenen Sperrklinke 4 den auf ihr aufsitzenden Zwischenhebel 10 nach aufwärts bewegt und dadurch die oben aufsitzende Anzeigeplatte 11 angehoben wird, so dass im Ausschnitt 16 der Deckplatte 17 z. B. das Schild"Offen"verschwindet und an seiner Stelle das Zeich3n "Zu" sichtbar wird. Es wird also unmittelbar durch die Sperrklinke 4 die gleichzeitige Sperrung der Falle 7 und des Riegels 15 sowie die Umschaltung der Zeichenscheibe erreicht, was jedenfalls gegenüber den bestehenden Konstruktionen ähnlicher Wirkung eine ganz bedeutende Vereinfachung und Verbesserung bedeutet.
