UN AGENTE PARA DESCOMPOSICION DE REMANENTE VEGETAL, ESPECIALMENTE REMANENTE DE SOJA, EN PRESENCIA DE PROTEINA VEGETAL, ESPECIALMENTE PROTEINA DE SOJA, ADECUADO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE UNA P.V.P., CON UNA PUREZA DE PROTEINA DE ALREDEDOR DE 90% CON UNA PROTEINA VEGETAL QUE PUEDE ESTAR DESENGRASADA O PARCIALMENTE DESENGRASADA COMO MATERIAL DE PARTIDA, QUE COMPRENDE UNA ENZIMA CON ACTIVIDAD SOLUBILIZANTE DEL REMANENTE, QUE COMPRENDE UNA ENZIMA QUE ES CAPAZ DE DESCOMPONER LA PSS DE SOJA (PSS-ASA) Y EN EL QUE EL AGENTE ESTA ESENCIALMENTE EXENTO DE ACTIVIDAD PROTEOLITICA.AN AGENT FOR DECOMPOSITION OF VEGETABLE REMNANT, ESPECIALLY REMAINING OF SOYBEAN, IN THE PRESENCE OF VEGETABLE PROTEIN, ESPECIALLY SOYBEAN PROTEIN, SUITABLE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A PVP, WITH A PROTEIN PURITY OF AROUND 90% WITH A VEGETABLE PROTEIN THAT CAN BE OR PARTIALLY DEGREASED AS A STARTING MATERIAL, WHICH INCLUDES AN ENZYME WITH SOLUBILIZING ACTIVITY OF THE REMNANT, WHICH INCLUDES AN ENZYME THAT IS ABLE TO DECOMPOSE THE SOY PSS (PSS-ASA) AND IN WHICH THE AGENT IS ESSENTIALLY FREE OF PROTEOLIC ACTIVITY.
