Abstract

La invención se refiere a una composición curable por UV-VIS que comprende: a) de aproximadamente el 20 a aproximadamente el 40% en peso de al menos un componente de epóxido aromático, en donde la funcionalidad epoxi está entre 2 y 3; b) de aproximadamente el 30 a aproximadamente el 50% en peso de al menos un componente de epóxido cicloalifático, siendo b) diferente de a); c) de aproximadamente el 2 a aproximadamente el 20% en peso de al menos un componente que contiene éster; d) de aproximadamente el 2 a aproximadamente el 12% en peso de al menos un componente a base de flúor; e) de aproximadamente el 1 a aproximadamente el 15% en peso de al menos un fotoiniciador catiónico; f) más de aproximadamente el 3% en peso de al menos un aditivo seleccionado del grupo que consiste en tensioactivos y promotores de la adhesión o mezclas de los mismos; g) del 0 al 5% en peso de al menos un fotosensibilizador; y en donde la composición tiene un valor de Tg inferior a 100ºC y una viscosidad entre aproximadamente 1000 m·Pas y aproximadamente 4000 m·Pas a 25ºC, en donde los porcentajes en peso se basan en el peso total de la composición curable por UV-VIS. La invención se refiere además a un cabezal de impresión de inyección de tinta que comprende dicha composición y a un método para recubrir un sustrato de silicio, preferentemente una oblea de silicio, con dicha composición curable por UV-VIS.The invention relates to a UV-VIS curable composition comprising: a) from about 20 to about 40% by weight of at least one aromatic epoxide component, wherein the epoxy functionality is between 2 and 3; b) from about 30 to about 50% by weight of at least one cycloaliphatic epoxide component, b) being different from a); c) from about 2 to about 20% by weight of at least one ester-containing component; d) from about 2 to about 12% by weight of at least one fluorine-based component; e) from about 1 to about 15% by weight of at least one cationic photoinitiator; f) more than about 3% by weight of at least one additive selected from the group consisting of surfactants and adhesion promoters or mixtures thereof; g) from 0 to 5% by weight of at least one photosensitizer; and wherein the composition has a Tg value of less than 100° C. and a viscosity of between about 1000 m Pas and about 4000 m Pas at 25° C., wherein the weight percentages are based on the total weight of the UV-VIS curable composition. The invention further relates to an inkjet printhead comprising said composition and to a method of coating a silicon substrate, preferably a silicon wafer, with said UV-VIS curable composition.
