Abstract
Se proporciona un sistema para eliminar contaminantes de un fluido de pirólisis. El sistema comprende un bucle de recirculación y una línea de purga. El bucle de recirculación comprende un recipiente de enfriamiento rápido, un aparato de separación, una línea de recirculación y un aparato de refrigeración. El recipiente de enfriamiento rápido tiene: una primera entrada para recibir un suministro de fluido de pirólisis; una segunda entrada dispuesta para recibir un fluido recirculado; y una salida para expulsar el fluido de pirólisis enfriado. El aparato de separación está diseñado para eliminar los contaminantes del fluido de pirólisis enfriado y proporcionar un flujo clarificado; el aparato de separación está preparado para recibir fluido de pirólisis enfriado desde la salida. La línea de recirculación está dispuesta para recibir al menos una porción de recirculación del flujo clarificado y recircular la porción de recirculación a la segunda entrada. El aparato de refrigeración está dispuesto para enfriar el fluido en el bucle de recirculación. La línea de purga sirve para purgar selectivamente una parte del flujo clarificado del bucle de recirculación. Se describe también el método para eliminar contaminantes de un fluido de pirólisis.
