Abstract
La presente solicitud proporciona un método y aparato para la codificación y decodificación de imágenes. El método de codificación de esta solicitud incluye: obtener una primera característica de la imagen para procesar; realizar un procesamiento de transformación no lineal a la primera característica de la imagen para obtener una característica de la imagen procesada, donde el procesamiento de transformación no lineal incluye, secuencialmente, una primera operación no lineal, un procesamiento por convulsión y una operación de multiplicación por elementos; y realizar una codificación según la característica de la imagen procesada para obtener un flujo de bits. Esta solicitud puede evitar la limitación en un parámetro convulsional, para implementar el procesamiento de transformación no lineal eficaz en una red de codificación / decodificación, y mejorar, además, el rendimiento de la distorsión de velocidad de un algoritmo de compresión de una imagen / video.
