Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Modificación cristalina I de la N-tert-butil-N-(3,5-dimetilbenzoil)-3-metoxi-2-metilbenzohidrazida (metoxifenozida), que presenta al menos tres de las siguientes reflexiones, en cualquier combinación, como 2q ± 0.20 grados en un difractograma de rayos X en polvo (X-RPD) registrado usando radiación Cu-Ka a 25ºC: 2q = 9.47 ± 0.20 (1) 2q = 9.81 ± 0.20 (2) 2q = 12.63 ± 0.20 (3) 2q = 14.26 ± 0.20 (4) 2q = 16.49 ± 0.20 (5) 2q = 16.70 ± 0.20 (6) 2q = 18.01 ± 0.20 (7) 2q = 18.49 ± 0.20 (8) 2q = 19.65 ± 0.20 (9) 2q = 20.47 ± 0.20 (10) 2q = 21.44 ± 0.20 (11) 2q = 22.43 ± 0.20 (12) 2q = 23.55 ± 0.20 (13) 2q = 23.93 ± 0.20 (14) 2q = 25.41 ± 0.20 (15) 2q = 26.63 ± 0.20 (16). Reivindicación 7: Un proceso para la preparación de una modificación cristalina I de la metoxifenozida de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, que comprende las etapas de i) disolver la metoxifenozida en un sistema de disolvente que comprende uno o más disolventes; ii) precipitar el compuesto disuelto para obtener la modificación cristalina I de la metoxifenozida; y iii) aislar la modificación cristalina I precipitada. Reivindicación 21: El uso de la modificación cristalina I de la metoxifenozida de acuerdo con la reivindicación 20, donde la plaga se selecciona entre oruga militar, barreno, gusano cogollero, oruga de la col, oruga, barrenador del maíz, gusano gris, gusano de la mazorca, gusano bellotero, gusano cornudo, saltahojas, minador de la hoja, enrollador de la hoja, gusano medidor, gusano del melón, polilla, gusano del pepino y palomilla. Reivindicación 22: El uso de la modificación cristalina I de la metoxifenozida de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 20 o 21, para el control de plagas en almendra, manzana, aguacate, arándanos, cítricos, café, chirimoya, vides, kiwi, longan, lichi, macadamia, pera, pimiento y tomate.
