La invención describe una sonda uretral (1) provista con tres discos, uno proximal fijo (2) con protuberancia (2A), un disco distal (3) con protuberancia (3A) y un disco distal (3B), siendo los discos (3, 3B) deslizante para ser ajustados al meato externo femenino o a la uretrostomía perineal masculina; la extremidad distal (9) de la sonda (1) tiene un conector (10) con tapa (11) con un mecanismo de apertura y cierre; el mandril (M) presenta una porción en forma de varilla (M1) dimensionada para ser introducida a lo largo del cuerpo tubular (5) de la sonda (1); una porción distal alargada (M2) que coincide, al tocar en el extremo del conector (10), con su extremidad (M3) llegando al fin de la extremidad proximal (4) cerrada de la sonda (1); y una parte del agarre (M4); en la extremidad proximal (4) del cuerpo tubular (5) de la sonda (1), hay cuatro agujeros (6) y dos agujeros (6A); los agujeros (6A) dispuestos más próximos al disco proximal (2) y diametralmente opuestos entre sí; el cuerpo tubular (5) tiene 2,5 cm de longitud; la sonda (1) se presenta con calibres 13 y 15 Fr para niños y 17, 19, 21, 23 Fr para adultos; la longitud total de la sonda (1) es de 7 cm para el modelo infantil, 8 cm para el modelo adulto y 15 cm para pacientes con necesidades especiales.
