Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Un método para el tratamiento curativo de Aleyrodidae, o mosca blanca, en vegetales o tomates en cultivo, el método comprende las etapas de: i. proporcionar una composición líquida diluida, que comprende limoneno, en la que el limoneno se emulsiona en un líquido acuoso; y ii. aplicar la composición líquida diluida como una pulverización foliar sobre vegetales o tomates, estando los vegetales o tomates infestados con Aleyrodidae, o mosca blanca, aplicándose la composición líquida diluida para proporcionar una tasa de dosis de 1200 a 1500 gramos del ingrediente activo limoneno por hectárea de vegetales o tomates. Reivindicación 7: El método de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6 en donde la composición líquida diluida comprende además un surfactante no iónico de isotridecanol etoxilado, en donde la relación en peso del surfactante no iónico y el ingrediente activo limoneno es de 0,2:1 a 0,25:1. Reivindicación 8: El método de acuerdo con la reivindicación 7 en donde el surfactante no iónico de isotridecanol etoxilado es pentaetoxilato de isotridecanol. Reivindicación 10: El método de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 9 en donde la composición líquida diluida comprende además un surfactante aniónico que comprende, o consiste en, ácido dodecilbencenosulfónico o una sal de este, en donde la relación en peso del ácido dodecilbencenosulfónico, o sal de este, y el ingrediente activo limoneno es de 0,25:1 a 0,30:1. Reivindicación 12: El método de acuerdo con la reivindicación 10 o la reivindicación 11 cuando depende de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 7 a 9 en donde el surfactante no iónico de isotridecanol etoxilado es el único surfactante no iónico en la composición líquida diluida y el ácido dodecilbencenosulfónico o sal de este es el único surfactante aniónico en la composición líquida diluida. Reivindicación 13: El método de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 12 en donde el ingrediente activo limoneno es el único ingrediente insecticida activo en la composición líquida diluida. Reivindicación 18: Uso de limoneno para el tratamiento insecticida de Aleyrodidae, o mosca blanca, sin presentar toxicidad para los depredadores de mosca blanca Chrysoperla carnea e Hippodamia (= Adonia) variegata, en vegetales o tomates en cultivo, en donde el limoneno se emulsiona en un líquido acuoso para formar una composición líquida diluida, que comprende limoneno, que se aplica como una pulverización foliar sobre los vegetales o tomates, en donde en la composición líquida diluida la concentración del ingrediente activo limoneno es de 1,2 a 1,5 gramos/litro.Claim 1: A method for the curative treatment of Aleyrodidae, or whitefly, in vegetables or tomatoes in cultivation, the method comprising the steps of: i. providing a dilute liquid composition comprising limonene, wherein the limonene is emulsified in an aqueous liquid; and ii. apply the diluted liquid composition as a foliar spray to vegetables or tomatoes, the vegetables or tomatoes being infested with Aleyrodidae, or whitefly, the liquid composition being applied diluted to provide a dose rate of 1200 to 1500 grams of the active ingredient limonene per hectare of vegetables or tomatoes. Claim 7: The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the diluted liquid composition further comprises an ethoxylated isotridecanol nonionic surfactant, wherein the weight ratio of the nonionic surfactant and the active ingredient limonene is 0 .2:1 to 0.25:1. Claim 8: The method according to claim 7 wherein the ethoxylated isotridecanol nonionic surfactant is isotridecanol pentaethoxylate. Claim 10: The method according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the diluted liquid composition further comprises an anionic surfactant comprising, or consisting of, dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid or a salt thereof, wherein the ratio by weight of the acid dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid, or a salt thereof, and the active ingredient limonene is 0.25:1 to 0.30:1. Claim 12: The method according to claim 10 or claim 11 when dependent on any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein the ethoxylated isotridecanol nonionic surfactant is the only nonionic surfactant in the diluted liquid composition and dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid or salt thereof is the only anionic surfactant in the diluted liquid composition. Claim 13: The method according to any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein the active ingredient limonene is the only active insecticidal ingredient in the diluted liquid composition. Claim 18: Use of limonene for the insecticide treatment of Aleyrodidae, or whitefly, without presenting toxicity for the whitefly predators Chrysoperla carnea and Hippodamia (= Adonia) variegata, in vegetables or tomatoes in cultivation, where the limonene is emulsified in an aqueous liquid to form a diluted liquid composition, comprising limonene, which is applied as a foliar spray on vegetables or tomatoes, wherein in the diluted liquid composition the concentration of the active ingredient limonene is from 1.2 to 1.5 grams /liter.
