Abstract

La presente tecnología se refiere a procesos, mezclas e intermedios útiles para la preparación de fungicidas de picolinamida. Los compuestos de picolinamida se preparan mediante procesos que incluyen el acoplamiento de un ácido 4-metoxi-3-aciloxipicolínico con ésteres clave de 2-amino-L-alaninato derivados de 2-feniletanoles sustituidos. Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para la preparación del compuesto de la fórmula (1) en donde Z es CH₃CO, CH₃CH₂CO o (CH₃)₂CHCO; del compuesto de la fórmula (2) en donde Z es CH₃CO, CH₃CH₂CO o (CH₃)₂CHCO; que comprende los pasos de: a) crear una primera mezcla que contiene el compuesto de la fórmula (2), en donde Z es CH₃CO, CH₃CH₂CO o (CH₃)₂CHCO, un reactivo de acoplamiento y una base; b) agregar al menos uno de los compuestos de la fórmula (3) y la fórmula (4) en donde X es Cl, Br, HSO₄, H₂PO₄ o CH₃SO₃; a la primera mezcla para formar una segunda mezcla; y c) aislar el compuesto de la fórmula (1) de la segunda mezcla.
