Abstract

Videolaringoscopio para el manejo de una vía aérea de un individuo que lo necesite, que comprende: un mango sustancialmente curvo, dicho mango comprende una cavidad interna abierta en toda la longitud sobre una de sus caras y una tapa sobre el lateral opuesto, dicha cavidad aloja a una hoja del videolaringoscopio cuando está plegada sobre el mango, que está rotablemente montada para girar 180º sobre el eje de simetría del mango mediante un eje pivot de un soporte de hoja móvil que aloja un mecanismo de traba automática; con la hoja móvil vinculada al soporte mediante una corredera longitudinal, la hoja móvil se desplaza sobre la corredera accionando un cerrojo de un mecanismo de extensión-retracción; en el extremo proximal del mango se encuentra montado un chasis de un monitor que incluye en su interior una pantalla TFT-LCD cubierta por una placa protectora, la pantalla está vinculada a una placa de circuito impreso comprendiendo una pluralidad de reguladores de imagen y un interruptor de encendido / apagado (tipo on-off), vinculados respectivamente a cuatro botones exteriorizados a través del chasis del monitor, la plaqueta comprende un microprocesador con un puerto de salida de video y una fuente de energía, el chasis comprendiendo al dorso del monitor un alojamiento para el articulado a través de un acoplamiento giratorio sobre un eje hueco con el mango del laringoscopio; y el monitor está vinculado a través de la plaqueta de circuito impreso a una cámara con luz propia dispuesta debajo del soporte de la hoja móvil.
