Abstract

El método se basa en la inversión de los ventiladores forzadores de los evaporadores, durante períodos predeterminados de tiempo, y permite reducir la merma de enfriamiento a un valor cercado al 1% o incluso 0,5%, aumentando así el rendimiento del frigorífico.Described herein is a method for reducing the cooling loss of a carcass in a cold room. The method is based on the inversion of the evaporator forcing fans, for predetermined periods of time, and allows reducing the cooling loss to a value close to 1% or even 0.5%, thus increasing the performance of the refrigerator.
