Abstract

Un método para controlar un sistema de alta presión que tiene un motor y una bomba hidráulica que tiene una placa oscilante incluye la introducción de una presión de descarga máxima, una presión de equipo máxima permitida, una configuración de válvula de alivio de presión (PRV), un caudal y un máximo positivo y tasa negativa de cambio de presión; establecer un valor de trabajo a plena potencia; establecer una primera posición de la placa oscilante en función del caudal; determinar: (a) si una presión de descarga es mayor que la configuración de PRV; (b) si la presión de descarga es mayor que la presión máxima permitida del equipo; y (c) si una tasa de cambio de presión es mayor que la tasa positiva máxima de cambio de presión o la tasa negativa máxima de cambio de presión; y al ocurrir cualquiera de los pasos (a) - (c): (d) activar una PRV en el sistema; (e) establecer la posición del plato oscilante en neutral; y (f) reducir la potencia a cero.
