Abstract
Se proporciona un método para determinar de manera no intrusiva la variación transversal de un canal de fluido. El método incluye obtener, de uno o más sensores, un perfil de presión medido en función de al menos un pulso de presión inducido en un canal de fluido. Se genera un modelo directo de variación transversal del canal de fluido. Mediante el uso del modelo directo, se genera un perfil de presión simulado. Mediante el uso del perfil de presión medido y el perfil de presión simulado, se determina un error, Cuando el error se encuentra fuera de un umbral predeterminado, se actualiza el modelo directo en función del error.
