Abstract

Un aparato de transporte portátil para transferir material particulado comprende un transportador apoyado en un chasis de remolque y operable para transportar el material para su posterior descarga en una ubicación de destino. Una tapa montada al chasis de remolque y que cubre sustancialmente una porción superior del transportador define por lo menos una entrada para el suministro de material desde un contenedor al transportador. Una tolva flexible que comunica cada entrada y una descarga del contenedor para guiar el material a la tapa del aparato se lleva en el chasis de remolque en posición de almacenamiento de modo que sea transportable con el mismo. Dentro de la tapa, una superficie guía superior converge con una rejilla central dispuesta en una posición transversalmente desplazada de la respectiva entrada para el depósito central del material sobre el transportador. Un sistema de suspensión es operable para elevar y bajar el chasis de remolque entre las posiciones de transporte y operativa de manera que la base del chasis de remolque pueda apoyarse sobre el suelo con el fin de inhibir la emanación de polvo durante el uso.
