Abstract
Métodos y sistemas para la síntesis de proteínas libre de células, en particular, a sistemas de síntesis de proteínas libre de células adecuados para la síntesis de proteínas antes y después de congelamiento durante un almacenamiento a corto o largo plazo, en donde dicho sistema comprende un crioprotector. Reivindicación 7: Un método para la síntesis de proteínas libre de células, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: a) congelar el sistema de síntesis de proteínas libre de células de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6 hasta una temperatura por debajo de -50ºC, por debajo de -60ºC, por debajo de -70ºC, por debajo de -80ºC, por debajo de -90ºC o por debajo de -196ºC, b) almacenar dicho sistema de síntesis de proteínas libre de células congelado, c) descongelar dicho sistema de síntesis de proteínas libre de células, d) sintetizar una proteína in vitro mediante el uso de dicho sistema de síntesis de proteínas libre de células y una plantilla de ácido nucleico.
