Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Una molécula de ácido nucleico aislada que comprende una secuencia de ácido nucleico idéntica en al menos un 90% a las SEQ ID Nº 1 a 20. Reivindicación 2: Un vector o constructo que comprende la molécula de ácido nucleico de la reivindicación 1. Reivindicación 3: Una célula huésped transgénica que contiene la molécula de ácido nucleico de la reivindicación 1. Reivindicación 6: Una planta o parte de una planta que comprende la célula vegetal de la reivindicación 5. Reivindicación 11: La planta de la reivindicación 6, donde dicha planta comprende además una molécula de ácido nucleico que comprende una secuencia nucleotidica que codifica al menos un rasgo deseado adicional, seleccionado a partir del grupo compuesto por resistencia a insectos, tolerancia a tensión abiótica, mayor rendimiento, perfil de aceites mejorado, calidad de fibras mejorada, maduración retardada, esterilidad masculina, resistencia a herbicidas, resistencia a enfermedades bacterianas, resistencia a enfermedades fúngicas, resistencia a enfermedades víricas, resistencia a nematodos, metabolismo modificado de ácidos grasos, metabolismo modificado de carbohidratos, producción de una enzima o metabolito con valor comercial, valor nutricional mejorado, rendimiento mejorado en un proceso industrial y capacidad reproductora alterada. Reivindicación 19: Un proceso para proteger un grupo de plantas tolerantes a herbicidas transgénicas cultivadas en un campo destruyendo las malezas, donde dichas plantas comprenden la molécula de ácido nucleico de la reivindicación 1 y donde dichas malezas se destruyen mediante la aplicación de un herbicida que comprende un inhibidor de glutamina-sintetasa como principio activo.
