Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Una co-formulación agrícola que comprende lo siguiente: i) una cantidad efectiva de al menos un regulador del crecimiento de las plantas, o al menos un regulador del crecimiento de las plantas y un ingrediente biológicamente activo adicional, en una forma triturada que tiene un tamaño promedio de partícula en el rango que oscila entre 1 y 12 mm; ii) al menos un aceite; iii) al menos un agente de dispersión tensoactivo soluble en aceite; y iv) al menos un agente emulsionante; caracterizada porque la concentración final de al menos un regulador del crecimiento de las plantas, o al menos un regulador del crecimiento de las plantas y un ingrediente biológicamente activo adicional, se ajusta opcionalmente al agregar aceite adicional y uno o más modificadores de la reología y/o agentes de activación, como se requiera, para estabilizar sustancialmente la co-formulación y en la cual, la eficacia del regulador del crecimiento de las plantas se mantiene o mejora sustancialmente. Reivindicación 3: Una co-formulación de acuerdo con la reivindicación 2, caracterizada porque el regulador del crecimiento de las plantas es tidiazurón. Reivindicación 8: Una co-formulación de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque dicho al menos un ingrediente biológicamente activo adicional se selecciona entre un funguicida, un insecticida, un herbicida, un acaricida, un nematicida, un molusquicida, un alguicida, o un pesticida, o cualesquiera mezclas de ellos. Reivindicación 13: Una co-formulación de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque dicho al menos un aceite se selecciona entre al menos un aceite de parafina, al menos un éster de aceite de semilla, al menos un hidrocarburo aromático, al menos un polialquilenglicol éter, al menos un diéster de ácido graso, al menos una alquilamina o diamida ácida, al menos un carbonato de dialquileno, al menos una cetona, o al menos un alcohol, o cualesquiera mezclas de ellos. Reivindicación 18: Una co-formulación de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque el agente de dispersión tensoactivo soluble en aceite comprende un producto de condensación de la reacción del polialquilenglicol o polialquilenglicol éter, y un ácido graso. Reivindicación 25: Un método para preparar la co-formulación de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, que comprende los siguientes pasos, caracterizado porque los pasos c) y d) se pueden llevar a cabo en cualquier orden o en forma simultánea: a) triturar dicho al menos un regulador del crecimiento de las plantas, o al menos un regulador del crecimiento de las plantas y un ingrediente biológicamente activo adicional, para alcanzar un tamaño promedio de partícula en el rango que oscila entre 1 y 12 micrones; b) agregar dicho al menos un regulador del crecimiento de las plantas triturado, o al menos un regulador del crecimiento de las plantas y un ingrediente biológicamente activo adicional, a al menos un aceite, ya sea mediante agitación o mezclado de alto cizallamiento, para crear una dispersión en aceite; c) agregar dicho al menos un agente de dispersión tensoactivo soluble en aceite a la dispersión en aceite; d) agregar dicho al menos un agente emulsionante a la dispersión en aceite; y, opcionalmente, e) ajustar la temperatura de la dispersión en aceite a un valor comprendido entre aproximadamente 60ºC y 70ºC con agitación; y, opcionalmente, f) ajustar la concentración final de dicho al menos un regulador del crecimiento de las plantas, o al menos un regulador del crecimiento de las plantas y un ingrediente biológicamente activo adicional, en la dispersión, al agregar aceite adicional y uno o más modificadores de la reología y/o agentes de activación, como se requiera, para estabilizar sustancialmente la co-formulación.Claim 1: An agricultural co-formulation comprising the following: i) an effective amount of at least one plant growth regulator, or at least one plant growth regulator and an additional biologically active ingredient, in a crushed form which has an average particle size in the range that ranges from 1 to 12 mm; ii) at least one oil; iii) at least one oil-soluble surfactant dispersing agent; and iv) at least one emulsifying agent; characterized in that the final concentration of at least one plant growth regulator, or at least one plant growth regulator and an additional biologically active ingredient, is optionally adjusted by adding additional oil and one or more rheology modifiers and / or activating agents, as required, to substantially stabilize the co-formulation and in which, the efficiency of the plant growth regulator is substantially maintained or improved. Claim 3: A co-formulation according to claim 2, characterized in that the plant growth regulator is tidiazuron. Claim 8: A co-formulation according to claim 1, characterized in that said at least one additional biologically active ingredient is selected from a fungicide, an insecticide, a herbicide, an acaricide, a nematicide, a molluscicide, an algaecide, or a pesticide, or any mixtures of them. Claim 13: A co-formulation according to claim 1, characterized in that said at least one oil is selected from at least one paraffin oil, at least one seed oil ester, at least one aromatic hydrocarbon, at least one polyalkylene glycol ether, at least one diester of fatty acid, at least one alkylamine or acid diamide, at least one dialkylene carbonate, at least one ketone, or at least one alcohol, or any mixtures thereof. Claim 18: A co-formulation according to claim 1, characterized in that the oil-soluble surfactant dispersing agent comprises a condensation product of the reaction of the polyalkylene glycol or polyalkylene glycol ether, and a fatty acid. Claim 19: A co-formulation according to claim 1, characterized in that the oil-soluble surfactant dispersing agent comprises a random polyester condensate. Claim 20: A co-formulation according to claim 1, further comprising at least one rheology modifier. Claim 25: A method for preparing the co-formulation according to claim 1, comprising the following steps, characterized in that steps c) and d) can be carried out in any order or simultaneously: a) grind said to less a regulator of plant growth, or at least a regulator of plant growth and an additional biologically active ingredient, to achieve an average particle size in the range ranging from 1 to 12 microns; b) adding said at least one crushed plant growth regulator, or at least one plant growth regulator and an additional biologically active ingredient, to at least one oil, either by agitation or high shear mixing, to create a dispersion in oil; c) adding said at least one oil-soluble surfactant dispersion agent to the oil dispersion; d) adding said at least one emulsifying agent to the oil dispersion; and, optionally, e) adjust the temperature of the oil dispersion to a value between about 60 ° C and 70 ° C with stirring; and, optionally, f) adjusting the final concentration of said at least one plant growth regulator, or at least one plant growth regulator and an additional biologically active ingredient, in the dispersion, by adding additional oil and one or more rheology modifiers and / or activating agents, as required, to substantially stabilize the co-formulation.
