Abstract
Un dispositivo regulador de caudal para inyección de fluido en pozos petrolíferos destinado a mantener dentro de un rango establecido el caudal de inyección en una capa determinada entre dos packers, correspondiente a una zona punzada de un pozo inyector, provocando una caída de presión controlada del flujo derivado a dicha zona sin dañar la molécula del fluido viscoso, comprendiendo dicho dispositivo, que se acopla axialmente en la sarta que compone el tubing, una pluralidad de módulos conformados por una porta serpentín superior en el que se enrolla helicoidalmente un primer serpentín que, vinculado inicialmente a la tubería por la que circula el fluido, es conducente, produciendo una determinada pérdida de carga, a un primer elemento de control que llamaremos mandril de bolsillo lateral, el cual consta de dos partes principales que son, el cuerpo tubular que permite la continuidad axial de la tubería y el bolsillo en el que se instalan selectivamente un direccionador de flujo corto o largo que determinan la salida de fluido hacia la formación por un orificio transversal o su pasaje a un serpentín correspondiente al módulo siguiente respectivamente a través de tubos de transición.
