Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Una composición bioestimulante basada en taninos y/o sus derivados, para el tratamiento de las plantas cultivadas y/o partes de los mismos, caracterizado porque comprende: un primer componente que incluye taninos, la cantidad de que se encuentra entre 0,1 y 40% en peso de la composición, y un segundo componente que consiste sustancialmente en un disolvente, dicho primer y segundo componentes se mezclan para formar una solución o dispersión de dichos taninos y/o sus derivados, que está adaptado para ser aplicado sobre las plantas a través de dispensación por perfusión. Reivindicación 3: Composición según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque dichos taninos y/o sus derivados incluyen taninos de la procianidina, prodelfinidina, prorobinetinidin o profisetinidin tipo condensados, y/o hidrolizados taninos y/o florotaninos extraídos de algas, o mezclas de los mismos. Reivindicación 4: Composición según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque dichos taninos y/o sus derivados se purifican por extracción por medio de disolventes orgánicos, o procesadas o modificadas químicamente. Reivindicación 5: Composición según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado porque dicho segundo componente comprende principalmente agua, y/o glicoles, y/o polialcoholes y/o disolventes polares o iónicos, que tiene la función de un disolvente. Reivindicación 6: Composición según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado porque dicho primer componente comprende también al menos una sal orgánica y/o mineral que incluye un catión de al menos una sustancia o elemento, tal como amonio, potasio, fósforo, calcio, molibdeno, hierro, zinc, magnesio, manganeso, cobre, cobalto o boro (NH₄, K, P, Ca, Mo, Fe, Zn, Mg, Mn, Cu, Co, B), o combinaciones de los mismos. Reivindicación 9: Composición según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 8, caracterizado porque comprende al menos un dispersante que incluye lignosulfonatos, vinaza derivado de la caña de azúcar y/o de la remolacha, ácidos húmicos y ácidos fúlvicos, y/o polisacáridos tales como gomas vegetales, goma particularmente guar, goma de xantano y goma de tara, o polietilenglicol y/o glicerina, o combinaciones de los mismos. Reivindicación 10: Composición según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 9, caracterizado por el hecho de que incluye extractos de algas, aminoácidos, microorganismos tales como Trichoderma, saponinas o combinaciones de los mismos. Reivindicación 11: Preparación de la base diluible para la obtención de una composición de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 10, caracterizado por el hecho de que comprende un primer componente que incluye los taninos y las posibles sales orgánicas y/o minerales, en el que la cantidad de un primer componente de este tipo está comprendida generalmente entre 40 y 60% en peso de la preparación de la base diluible. Reivindicación 14: Uso de una composición según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 10, caracterizado porque la composición se usa en combinación con el pesticida, parasiticida y/o los productos fertilizantes de origen químico, y que permite que la cantidad necesaria de estos productos sea considerablemente reducido para el tratamiento de cultivos agrícolas.
