Abstract
Un nodo de red de radio (120) está configurado para operar dentro de un ancho de banda del sistema que comprende múltiples subbandas y para servir a un equipo de usuario (110) limitado a operar dentro de solo una subbanda durante cualquier subtrama determinada. El nodo de red de radio (120) está configurado para generar información de configuración y enviar esta información de configuración al equipo de usuario (110). En algunas formas de realización, la información de configuración indica una ubicación dentro del ancho de banda del sistema de una subbanda única dentro del cual el equipo de usuario (110) debe operar durante una subtrama. En forma alternativa o adicional, la información de configuración indica un modo de acuerdo con el cual el equipo de usuario (110) retroalimentará la información del estado de canal al nodo de red de radio (120). De acuerdo con el modo indicado, en una subtrama donde se informa el CQI, el equipo de usuario, (110) informará un valor de CQI de banda ancha que se calcula asumiendo la transmisión en la subbanda dentro de la cual el equipo de usuario (110) está configurado para operar en esta subtrama.
