Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Una composición microbiocida sinérgica que comprende: (a) un tensioactivo no iónico con la estructura: R¹O(CH₂CH(CH₃)O)₅(CH₂CH₂O)₆H donde R¹ es 2-etilhexilo; y (b) glutaraldehído; en donde una relación en peso de glutaraldehído a tensioactivo no iónico va de 8:1 a 1:1. Reivindicación 4: Un método para controlar el crecimiento de microorganismos en un medio acuoso; que comprende la adición al medio acuoso de la composición microbiocida sinérgica de acuerdo con la reivindicación 3.
