Abstract

Se revelan mecanismos y técnicas para la gestión del consumo de energía dentro de un sistema de gestión de la energía. En una realización, el sistema de gestión de la energía incluye un generador de energía y un controlador de gestión que controla la activación de una pluralidad de dispositivos de carga. El controlador de administración está acoplado comunicativamente a un medidor que mide la energía eléctrica transferida entre el sistema de gestión de la energía y una red de energía externa. El controlador de gestión monitorea, utilizando información del medidor, la transferencia de energía eléctrica entre el sistema de gestión de la energía y la red eléctrica externa y recibe un mensaje de limite de alimentación de salida de la red eléctrica externa. El controlador de gestión procesa el mensaje de limite de alimentación de salida y modifica la programación de activación de al menos uno de la pluralidad de dispositivos de carga basado, al menos en parte, en el procesamiento del mensaje del límite de alimentación.
