Abstract

Composición en polvo que comprenden partículas de bicarbonato de metal alcalino y un aminoácido como aditivo. También se refiere a un proceso para preparar partículas de bicarbonato de metal alcalino mediante secado por aspersión de una solución acuosa que comprende de un 1 a un 10% en peso de bicarbonato de metal alcalino y un aminoácido como aditivo.
