Abstract
Se divulgan sistemas y métodos para utilizar periodos temporales sin solapamiento dentro de uno o más ciclos de Recepción Discontinua (DRX) configurados para un dispositivo inalámbrico con capacidad de Dispositivo a Dispositivo (D2D) para diferentes tipos de operaciones. En algunas formas de realización, estos diferentes tipos de operaciones son operaciones celulares y D2D, de modo tal que el dispositivo inalámbrico con capacidad D2D realiza operaciones celulares y D2D (por ejemplo, recepción de señales celulares y D2D) durante períodos temporales sin solapamiento durante uno o más ciclos de DRX. De esta manera, un dispositivo inalámbrico con capacidad D2D que, por ejemplo, sólo puede recibir un tipo de señal a la vez, permite recibir tanto señales celulares como D2D.
