Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Aparato de lecho fluidizado caracterizado porque comprende un reactor de lecho fluidizado circulante (10) con al menos un puerto de salida (16) en su parte superior, en donde dicho puerto de salida (16) permite que una mezcla de gas y partículas sólidas escape del reactor de lecho fluidizado (10) para fluir hacia una cantidad (n) de separadores asociados (18) para separar las partículas sólidas de dicho gas, una cantidad (n) de medios (20) para transferir dichas partículas sólidas separadas de dichos (n) separadores (18) hacia una cantidad (hasta n) de intercambiadores de calor de lecho fluidizado discretos (24.1, 24.2, 24.3) y un medio de retorno para transportar al menos parte de dichas partículas sólidas nuevamente desde dichos intercambiadores de calor de lecho fluidizado discretos (24) hacia el reactor de lecho fluidizado circulante (10), en donde la cantidad (hasta n) de intercambiadores de calor de lecho fluidizado discretos (24.1, 24.2, 24.3) está mecánicamente conectada para proveer un intercambiador de calor de lecho fluidizado en común (24) con paredes intermedias enfriadas por agua (24i) entre intercambiadores de calor de lecho fluidizado discretos adyacentes (24.1, 24.2, 24.3).Claim 1: Fluidized bed apparatus characterized in that it comprises a circulating fluidized bed reactor (10) with at least one outlet port (16) at its top, wherein said outlet port (16) allows a mixture of gas and solid particles escape from the fluidized bed reactor (10) to flow to a quantity (n) of associated separators (18) to separate the solid particles from said gas, a quantity (n) of means (20) to transfer said separated solid particles of said (n) separators (18) towards a quantity (up to n) of discrete fluidized bed heat exchangers (24.1, 24.2, 24.3) and a return means for transporting at least part of said solid particles again from said exchangers of Discrete fluidized bed heat (24) towards the circulating fluidized bed reactor (10), wherein the amount (up to n) of discrete fluidized bed heat exchangers (24.1, 24.2, 24.3) is me cannically connected to provide a common fluidized bed heat exchanger (24) with intermediate walls cooled by water (24i) between adjacent discrete fluidized bed heat exchangers (24.1, 24.2, 24.3).
