Abstract
Procedimiento para la producción de un gránulo detergente que comprende al menos el 40% en peso de un surfactante aniónico y que es adecuado para uso como composición detergente granulada o componente de ésta, que comprende las etapas de (i) neutralizar un precursor de surfactante aniónico con una fuente de álcali, (ii) agregar Na₂SO₄ y Na₂CO₃ para formar una suspensión acuosa, (iii) secar por pulverización la suspensión acuosa obtenida para formar un gránulo, donde la relación molar entre Na₂SO₄ y Na₂CO₃ oscila entre 1:3,3 y menos de 1:1,3, donde se forma la sal doble Na₂SO₄×Na₂CO₃, y donde la suspensión acuosa comprende un polímero de policarboxilato. This also provides a spray-dried detergent carrier granule comprising at least 40% by weight of an anionic surfactant and which is suitable for use as a granulated detergent composition or component thereof, comprising: (i) linear alkylbenzene sulphonate ( LAS), soap and mixtures thereof, and (ii) the Na salSO₄ × Na₂CO₃ double salt obtained through the process of the present application. A third aspect is a detergent composition comprising said granules.
