Abstract
Se provee un proceso para la producción de un gránulo detergente que comprende al menos 40% en peso de un agente tensoactivo aniónico, y es adecuado para utilizar como una composición detergente granular, o un componente de dicha composición; el mencionado proceso comprende los siguientes pasos: (i) mezclar un precursor de agente tensoactivo aniónico con una fuente de álcali para conformar una pasta neutralizada; (ii) agregar sal de metal alcalino de un ácido policarboxílico, hasta 5% en peso de silicato alcalino, polímero de policarboxilato y carbonato de sodio, para conformar una suspensión; y (iii) secar por aspersión la suspensión obtenida para conformar un gránulo detergente que tiene un contenido en fase amorfa superior al 60% en peso, por lo cual la relación molar de la sal de metal alcalino de un ácido policarboxílico respecto del carbonato de sodio se encuentra en el rango que oscila entre 0,4 y 1,6. También se provee un gránulo detergente secado por aspersión que comprende al menos 40% en peso de un agente tensoactivo aniónico, sal de metal alcalino de un ácido policarboxílico, hasta 5% en peso de silicato alcalino, polímero de policarboxilato y carbonato de sodio, y es adecuado para uso como composición detergente granular, o un componente de ésta, obtenible mediante el proceso de la presente. A spray-dried detergent granule is also provided comprising at least 40% by weight of an anionic surfactant, alkali metal salt of a polycarboxylic acid, up to 5% by weight of alkali silicate, polycarboxylate polymer and sodium carbonate, and It is suitable for use as a granular detergent composition, or a component thereof, obtainable by the process herein. A third aspect is a detergent composition comprising said granules.
