Abstract

Un artículo alimenticio envasado tiene un envase que contiene el artículo alimenticio, con una parte preformada que tiene un receptáculo con un borde periférico, y una segunda parte sellada con el borde, que forma un recinto que contiene el artículo alimenticio. El receptáculo es una lámina que tiene una cara interna que se conforma con una parte moldeada de una superficie del artículo alimenticio, y puede tener una cara externa que sigue la forma de la cara interna. El artículo alimenticio es retenido dentro del recinto con la parte moldeada de la superficie del artículo alimenticio y la cara interna del receptáculo en proximidad mutua. El artículo alimenticio queda retenido en forma segura con la cara externa del receptáculo que brinda al que observa el envase una clara indicación de la forma del artículo alimenticio, permitiendo que cualquier presentación, gráfico o texto sobre la superficie del artículo sea visible en la cara externa del envase, sin la necesidad de aplicar presión o calor para conformar el envase con la parte moldeada del artículo alimenticio envasado.
