Abstract

Dispositivo compacto para separar y limpiar granos diversos, constituido por un chasis (1) apoyado sobre rodado común (2) y un eje transversal (3), incluyendo también una lanza de enganche universal (4) y un pie de remolque común (5). Sobre el chasis (1) está integrado longitudinalmente un túnel de procesamiento (6) dispuesto de forma inclinada, quedando la parte más baja orientada hacia el frente, mientras que la parte más alta está orientada hacia atrás; dicho túnel de procesamiento (6) constituye una estructura de montaje para una boca de alimentación (7) interconectada con el conjunto de accionamiento (8a), mientras que por el lado opuesto está sincronizada con el conjunto batidor (9), y debajo de éste, está montado el conjunto intermediario de separación y limpieza (10) de los granos, éste y el primero terminan en una caja posterior de ventilación forzada (11) que, a su vez, complementa simultáneamente las dos fases de limpieza por medio de un flujo de aire dividido en dos sectores, succión (entrada de aire) y soplado (salida de aire), estando el punto de succión al final del conjunto intermediario de separación y limpieza (10) de los granos, para remover el polvo y las partículas semejantes, mientras que el punto de soplado está posicionado al final del conjunto batidor (9), con el objeto de facilitar la salida del material desechado más grueso; y debajo del conjunto de ventilación forzada (11) y montado al final del chasis (1), se ubica un conjunto de embolsado de los granos limpios (12) y el conjunto vibrador (13), siendo que incluso en la parte posterior de la estructura está montado el último conjunto de accionamiento (8b) que, a su vez, constituye la transmisión y sincronización de rotación simultánea del conjunto batidor (9) para el conjunto intermediario de separación y limpieza (10), conjunto de ventilación (11) y conjunto vibrador (13).Compact device for separating and cleaning various grains, consisting of a chassis (1) supported on common wheels (2) and a transverse axle (3), also including a universal hitch lance (4) and a common towing foot (5) .
