Abstract

El método deriva sendos estimadores de estado de carga (SOC) y de estado de salud (SOH) para baterías recargables utilizando un modelo electroquímico. Las baterías son modeladas por una cascada de un sistema dinámico lineal, formado por la serie de un integrador puro y un filtro pasa- altos, y una no-linealidad estática. El método y el aparato estiman el SOC filtrando la medida de voltaje a través de la inversa de la no-linealidad estática, o fuerza electromotriz de la batería, y por un filtro pasa-bajos. Esta medida se utiliza para corregir el desvío de la integral de la corriente y obtener una estimación precisa del SOC utilizando un filtro de Kalman extendido (EKF). El método también estima cuatro estados en línea, dos parámetros fundamentales: la resistencia interna y la capacidad de la batería,-que utiliza para estimar el SOH, y los dos estados del sistema, el estado de carga y la concentración superficial del electrodo de la batería. Esta última está relacionada con el efecto de caída de capacidad con la carga (RCE) y es estimada utilizando la función inversa de la función de la fuerza electromotriz directamente como entrada a la función no lineal.The method derives two estimates of state of charge (SOC) and state of health (SOH) for rechargeable batteries using an electrochemical model. The batteries are modeled by a cascade of a linear dynamic system, formed by the series of a pure integrator and a high-pass filter, and a static non-linearity. The method and apparatus estimate the SOC by filtering the voltage measurement through the inverse of the static nonlinearity, or electromotive force of the battery, and by a low-pass filter. This measure is used to correct the deviation of the integral of the current and obtain an accurate estimate of the SOC using an extended Kalman filter (EKF). The method also estimates four online states, two fundamental parameters: internal resistance and battery capacity, which is used to estimate the SOH, and the two states of the system, the state of charge and the surface concentration of the electrode of the drums. The latter is related to the effect of falling capacity with the load (RCE) and is estimated using the inverse function of the electromotive force function directly as input to the nonlinear function.
