Abstract

Dispositivo y método para sistemas electromecánicos que tienen vigas de las paredes laterales. En un aspecto, un dispositivo incluye un sustrato que tiene un primer electrodo y un segundo electrodo, y un transporte móvil integrado en forma monolítica con el sustrato, y que tiene una primera pared, una segunda pared, y una base.
