Abstract
Se proporcionan sistemas y métodos para la toma de muestras en tiempo real y el análisis de biomoléculas debajo de la superficie de tejidos o muestras biológicos o agrícolas. Un método para la determinación de los perfiles de ácidos grasos en productos agrícolas (por ejemplo, semillas) comprende el uso de la espectroscopia de masa de ionización por desorción de láser asistida por matriz (MALDI) o la espectroscopia de masa de ionización por electropulverización de ablación por láser (LAESI). La espectroscopia de masa MALDI o LAESI puede usarse para perfilar ciertos rasgos de ácidos grasos, tales como ácido docosahexanoico (DHA), en semillas oleaginosas. El método revelado puede usarse para una detección sistemática de alta productividad y/o automatizada de productos agrícolas, tales como semillas, a fin de establecer eventos o rasgos deseables.
