Abstract
Un aditivo para pastas de cemento Portland que comprende un poliborato de alcanolamina. Cuando se agrega junto con un retardante de solidificación, el poliborato de alcanolamina minimiza o evita la gelación prematura durante la colocación en un pozo subterráneo. El aditivo es particularmente útil para cementos altamente reactivos y puede reducir la cantidad de retardante de solidificación necesario para lograr un tiempo de colocación dado.
