Abstract

Un primer reactor de contacto, un dispositivo separador mecánico, uno o más segundos reactores de contacto, un silo, un filtro, uno o más ventiladores, cada uno, equipado con uno o más amortiguadores de vibración; un depurador en húmedo opcional y un tubo de escape están integrados independientemente en un solo compartimiento de sistema de control de calidad de aire compacto (AQCS). Además, un sistema de enfriamiento de gas del proceso puede estar integrado en el compartimiento de AQCS compacto. Los beneficios del presente compartimiento de AQCS compacto incluyen la reducción de la huella, la reducción de los costos de operación por la menor caída de presión debido a la menor red de conductos, la reducción de los costos de capital por la menor red de conductos; la reducción de ruido; la protección contra las condiciones climáticas; y la mayor adaptabilidad para cumplir con los requerimiento del sistema específicos.
