Abstract

Un sistema de recuperación de agua está compuesto por una bomba de entrada de gran capacidad conectada a un ionizador, que separa las partículas sólidas o biológicas del agua. Luego de salir del ionizador, la corriente de flujo se pasa por sistemas de filtro en etapas que filtran progresivamente los sólidos del agua, que luego es alimentada a un sistema de ósmosis inversa para su filtración adicional. El agua desechada se desvía a una serie de unidades térmicas que hacen que el agua desechada se vaporice, que vuelve a la corriente de agua limpia de la unidad de ósmosis inversa para su descarga o uso posterior; el agua restante, que tiene los sólidos y los materiales biológicos restantes, se envía a una unidad de fractura donde es incinerada a una temperatura elevada. El sistema está diseñado para proporcionar respaldos paralelos en cada parte del proceso permitiendo que se lleve a cabo la limpieza continuamente mientras el otro sistema paralelo está en funcionamiento.
