Abstract

The embodiments also refer to cementation methods that comprise the use of nanoparticles. An exemplary method of cementing comprises the introduction of a cement composition into an underground formation, where the cement composition comprises cement, water and a particulate nanosilica. The embodiments also refer to the use of nanoparticles in drilling fluids, termination fluids, simulation fluids and well cleaning fluids.
