Abstract

Se proporciona un aparato para separar larvas y pupas de artrópodo y en particular, aunque no necesariamente, a la separación de las pupas de artrópodos sobre la base del tamaño, especialmente en mosquitos. El aparato comprende dos barras paralelas montadas en forma pivotante en un marco tal que la distancia entre las barras es ajustable. Las larvas y pupas de insectos se pueden insertar en una cámara con una parte formada por la rejilla de barras y se insertan en agua para separar las diferentes formas.
