Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un método para aplicar a plantas útiles, al emplazamiento de estas o a su material de propagación un compuesto de fórmula (1) donde L¹ es N o C-D¹; L² es N o C-D²; L³ es N o C-D³; L⁴ es N o C-D⁴; L⁵ es N o C-D⁵; L⁶ es N o C-D⁶; D¹, D², D³, D⁴, D⁵ y D⁶ independientemente de los demás, representan hidrógeno, halógeno, CN, NO₂, alquilo C₁₋₈, cicloalquilo C₃₋₈, alquenilo C₂₋₈, alquinilo C₂₋₈, fenilo, un heterociclo de 5 ó 6 miembros que contiene de uno a cuatro heteroátomos seleccionados independientemente entre O, S y N, siempre que el heterociclo no contenga átomos de oxígeno adyacentes, átomos de azufre adyacentes ni átomos de azufre y oxígeno adyacentes, COR¹, OR², SH, alquiltio C₁₋₈, alquilsulfinilo C₁₋₈, alquilsulfonilo C₁₋₈, feniltio, fenilsulfinilo, fenilsulfonilo, N(R³)₂, CO₂R², O(CO)R¹, CON(R³)₂, NR³COR¹, CR¹N-OR², donde el alquilo, cicloalquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, fenilo y heterociclo están opcionalmente sustituidos con uno o más grupos seleccionados independientemente entre halógeno, CN, NH₂, NO₂, OR², alquilo C₁₋₄ y haloalquilo C₁₋₄; o D¹ y D⁵, D² y D⁵, D³ y D⁶ o D⁴ y D6, independientemente del otro, junto con el fragmento al que están enlazados, pueden formar un anillo carbocíclico de 5 a 7 miembros parcial o completamente insaturado o un anillo heterocíclico de 5 a 7 miembros parcial o completamente insaturado que contiene de uno a tres heteroátomos seleccionados independientemente entre O, S, N y N(R³), siempre que el heterociclo no contenga átomos de oxígeno adyacentes, átomos de azufre adyacentes ni átomos de oxígeno y azufre adyacentes, y donde el anillo formado por D¹ y D⁵, D² y D⁵, D³ y D⁶ o D⁴ y D⁶ está opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más grupos seleccionados independientemente entre halógeno, CN, NH₂, NO₂, OH, alquilo C₁₋₄, haloalquilo C₁₋₄, alcoxi C₁₋₄ y haloalcoxi C₁₋₄; X representa los restos de fórmula X-2, X-3, X-4 ó X-5; Z¹, Z², Z³, Z⁵, Z⁶, Z⁷, Z⁸, Z⁹, Z¹⁰, Z¹¹, Z¹³ y Z¹⁴, independientemente de los demás, representan CR⁴R⁵, C=O o C=CR⁶R⁷; Z⁴ y Z¹² representan CR⁸R⁹, SiR¹⁰R¹¹, C=O o C=CR⁶R⁷; donde las agrupaciones de fórmula X-2, X-3, X-4 y X-5 contienen como máximo un anillo que contiene solamente uno de los radicales Z¹ - Z¹⁴, dos de los radicales Z¹ - Z¹⁴, tres de los radicales Z¹ - Z¹⁴ o cuatro de los radicales de Z¹ - Z¹⁴ como miembros del anillo; y donde ninguno de Z¹, Z², Z³, Z⁴, Z⁵, Z⁶, Z⁷, Z⁸, Z⁹, Z¹⁰, Z¹¹, Z¹², Z¹³ y Z¹⁴ representa un átomo de carbono sustituido con dos OH; Q se selecciona del grupo compuesto por los compuestos de fórmula Q-1, Q-2, Q-3, Q-4, Q-5, Q-6, Q-7, Q-8 y Q-9; cada Y¹, Y², Y³ e Y⁴, independientemente de los demás, representan hidrógeno, halógeno, CN, NO₂, alquilo C₁₋₈, cicloalquilo C₃₋₈, alquenilo C₂₋₈, alquinilo C₂₋₈, bencilo, fenilo, un heterociclo de 5 ó 6 miembros que contiene de uno a tres heteroátomos seleccionados independientemente entre O, S y N, siempre que el heterociclo no contenga átomos de oxígeno adyacentes, átomos de azufre adyacentes ni átomos de azufre y oxígeno adyacentes, COR¹, OR², SH, alquiltio C₁₋₈, alquilsulfinilo C₁₋₈, alquilsulfonilo C₁₋₈, feniltio, fenilsulfinilo, fenilsulfonilo, N(R³)₂, CO₂R², O(CO)R¹, CON(R³)₂, NR³COR¹, CR¹N-OR², donde el alquilo, cicloalquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, bencilo, fenilo y heterociclo están opcionalmente sustituidos con uno o más grupos seleccionados independientemente entre halógeno, CN, NH₂, NO₂, OR², alquilo C₁₋₄ y haloalquilo C₁₋₄; cuando Q sea el resto de fórmula Q-1, Q-2, Q-3, Q-4, Q-6 ó Q-7, entonces Y¹ e Y², Y² e Y³, o Y³ e Y⁴, independientemente del otro, junto con el fragmento al que están enlazados, podrán formar un anillo carbocíclico de 5 a 7 miembros parcial o completamente insaturado o un anillo heterocíclico de 5 a 7 miembros parcial o completamente insaturado que contiene de uno a tres heteroátomos seleccionados independientemente entre O, S, N y N(R³), siempre que el heterociclo no contenga átomos de oxígeno adyacentes, átomos de azufre adyacentes ni átomos de oxígeno y azufre adyacentes, y donde el anillo formado por Y¹ e Y², Y² e Y³, o Y³ e Y⁴ está opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más grupos seleccionados independientemente entre halógeno, CN, NH₂, NO₂, OH, alquilo C₁₋₄, haloalquilo C₁₋₄, alcoxi C₁₋₄, haloalcoxi C₁₋₄ y alquiltio C₁₋₄; where the groupings of formula X-2, X-3, X-4 and X-5 contain at most one ring containing only one of the radicals Z¹ - Z¹⁴, two of the radicals Z¹ - Z¹⁴, three of the radicals Z¹ - Z¹⁴ or four of the radicals of Z¹-Z¹⁴ as ring members; and where none of Z¹, Z², Z³, Z⁴, Z⁵, Z⁶, Z⁷, Z⁸, Z⁹, Z¹⁰, Z¹¹, Z¹², Z¹³ and Z¹⁴ represents a carbon atom substituted with two OH; Q is selected from the group consisting of the compounds of formula Q-1, Q-2, Q-3, Q-4, Q-5, Q-6, Q-7, Q-8 and Q-9; each Y¹, Y², Y³ and Y⁴, independently of the others, represent hydrogen, halogen, CN, NO₂, C alquilo alkyl, C₃₋₈ cycloalkyl, C₂₋₈ alkenyl, C₂₋₈ alkynyl, benzyl, phenyl, a heterocycle of 5 or 6 members containing one to three heteroatoms independently selected from O, S and N, provided that the heterocycle does not contain adjacent oxygen atoms, adjacent sulfur atoms or adjacent sulfur and oxygen atoms, COR¹, OR², SH, alkylthio C₁₋₈, Cul alkylsulfinyl, C₁₋₈ alkylsulfonyl, phenylthio, phenylsulfinyl, phenylsulfonyl, N (R³) ₂, CO₂R², O (CO) R¹, CON (R³) ₂, NR³COR¹, CR¹N-OR², where the alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, benzyl, phenyl and heterocycle are optionally substituted with one or more groups independently selected from halogen, CN, NH₂, NO₂, OR², C₁₋₄ alkyl and C₁₋₄ haloalkyl; when Q is the rest of formula Q-1, Q-2, Q-3, Q-4, Q-6 or Q-7, then Y¹ and Y², Y² and Y³, or Y³ and Y⁴, independently of the other, together with the fragment to which they are linked, they may form a partially or completely unsaturated 5- or 7-membered carbocyclic ring or a partially or completely unsaturated 5- to 7-membered heterocyclic ring containing one to three heteroatoms independently selected from O, S, N and N (R³), provided that the heterocycle does not contain adjacent oxygen atoms, adjacent sulfur atoms or adjacent oxygen and sulfur atoms, and where the ring formed by Y¹ and Y², Y² and Y³, or Y³ and Y⁴ is optionally substituted with one or more groups independently selected from halogen, CN, NH₂, NO₂, OH, C₁₋₄ alkyl, C₁₋₄ haloalkyl, C₁₋₄ alkoxy, C₁₋₄ haloalkoxy and C₁₋₄ alkylthio; when Q is a remainder of formula Q-1, Q-3, Q-4, Q-7 or Q-8 and L¹ is C-D¹, then Y¹ and D¹, together with the fragment to which they are linked, may form a partially or completely unsaturated 5 to 7-membered carbocyclic ring or a partially or completely unsaturated 5- to 7-membered heterocyclic ring containing one or two heteroatoms independently selected from O, S, N and N (R 3), provided that the heterocycle does not contain adjacent oxygen atoms, adjacent sulfur atoms or adjacent oxygen and sulfur atoms, and where the ring formed by D¹ and Y¹ is optionally substituted with one or more groups independently selected from halogen, CN, NH₂, NO₂, OH, C₁₋ alkyl ₄, C₁₋₄ haloalkyl, C₁₋₄ alkoxy, C₁₋₄ haloalkoxy and C₁₋₄ alkylthio; when Q is the remainder of formula Q-9 and L¹ is C-D¹, then R¹² and D¹ together may be - (G¹) ₚ-G²-G³-; Q is selected from the group consisting of the moieties of formulas Q-1, Q-2, Q-3, Q-4, Q-5, Q-6, Q-7, Q-8 and Q-9;
